 When you have service and repairs performed at Faithful Auto, you're covered by a Worry-Free Driving Nationwide Warranty.  This warranty reaches across North America when you need it most-providing vehicle protection on qualifying service and repairs.  Tech-Net Professional Auto Service Centers will commit to providing a successful and pleasant automotive service experience.

Our Tech-Net Warranty Program covers most parts and labor for 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.  If you are in need of repairs, and are more than 25 miles away from Faithful Auto & Truck Repair, you can call the Warranty Administrator at 866-588-0728 prior to needed repair. They will then direct you to the nearest participating service center location to assist you.

Technet is more than just warranty.  If your insurance does not cover towing or other important automobile needs, Faithful Auto can help!  Roadside assistance is available to every Faithful customer who purchases $25 or more in parts and/or services from Faithful Auto because we are a TECHNET Professional Automotive Service Center.  It covers up to tow occurrences within a 365 day period.  The program will reimburse up to $75 per occurrence for the following services:

• Towing
• Battery Jump Start
• Emergency Fuel Delivery
• Lock Out Aid
• Flat Tire Assistance
